LOST DOG - MILL SPRING, NC

I do not know if there is anyone near Mill Spring, NC but if nothing else I could use lotsa good juju.

B is missing. Debby is up there visiting family. She is near the Green River and the family lives in Green River Farms subdivision. The whole family was out and about, dogs running with the folk on atvs. Dogs all went over a hill and when they came back, the family dogs were there but B was not.

B doesn't have Debby's phone number on her collar. She has Steve's (obviously no longer in use) and mine. She is chipped and the vet has Debby's number. If anyone here finds her, call/text and I will pass on Debby's number as well as text her. Her phone service sucks up there but texts work ok.

I have called and emailed the humane society up there with pictures and a description. I called the local feed store to get facebook pages on where to post her missing at. Debby will post there.

If anyone on here is in the area, please keep an eye out for B. I was told the Green River is a fast moving river and B has no experience with that. Possible she got swept downstream if she went for a swim (which she loves).

It is too damn close to Steve's deathday for this. Debby is frantic and I can't do anything more than I have already done.

If anyone knows anyone in that area, here are pics of B

Some great news. Got at call at 7:30 in the morning from a gentleman visiting the area from FL. He has B and Debby and family is headed to go pick her up now. When I called Debby to let her know, she said she'd been up all night and was just laying in bed waiting for the sun to come up to begin searching again.

For any of y'all that may have shared the info, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!! It is so greatly appreciated.

Just read this after getting back from a diver hunt in the eastern UP.

Good to hear the outcome was positive. Given the quality of dog, overlaid on the geography where it was lost, she is lucky someone didn't decide that they had found themselves a "new" huntin' dog.
