ISO components to "sleeve" my trailer tongue

I am fitting the Blackjack to the trailer I configured for my LI Ice Scooter. While the Blackjack is a foot shorter, I want the transom right at the end of the bunks/rear cross member so I can support the motor, and use a transom saver. This will put the winch post right at the very end of the current tongue. I don't think I have enough room to install a folding tongue hinge either. What I really need is to extend the tongue about 3ft. As the winch lines up right at the connection point, I would like to just sleeve the 3x3 box tubing and add the extension, but find nothing designed for this purpose in my searches.

Has anyone see anything like this? Alternatively, I will just buy a length of tubing and replace the current tongue completely.

different winch stands have radically different configurations, a different one may get you the room to add a hinge and extension.

Keep in mind if you sleeve it should be tight. Most square tubing has a weld on the inside that needs to be cut out, That can be a lot of work.

Buying a longer box tubing maybe the way to go.
