My 9 mo. pup hunted teal earlier and this was his first weekend of regular season. Second day my friend brought Gunner's sister and we hunted both. It was her first duck hunt ever. It was probably the most fulfilling hunt I've had. Watching both play, hunt, and honor each other was priceless. No lost birds in two days. Hoping and looking forward to many good years ahead.

To my eye, that is what a Lab should look like! Keep me in mind if there is another breeding, I would want a black dog.

I did obedience trials, and hunt tests for years. Judged some hunt tests and Field Trials, and was the Pres of the Lake Champlain Ret Club for a time in the 90s. I breed a few litters of english type, working dogs. I loved the easy going house dogs, that lit up for the field. Never were going to win any field trials with them, but great hunting and companion dogs. Been without for about 10yrs now, and really miss them, but I also like coming and going with no concern but for me. We travel a lot, and kids each have dogs, but they are not well trained or do they work at all.

That's great. Well done. I'm looking forward to getting my pup out for new experiences on a couple weeks
