"Mojo" for dog name???

My kids insisted on calling our new pup "Mojo" (it's a football thing). I tried to talk them into "Bumpus" and even made them watch "The Christmas Story" with Ralphie and the Red Ryder BB Gun and the Bumpus's dogs, but they wouldn't budge!!

My question is... is that name too close to "NO"? So far it's worked and hasn't caused a problem, but he's only been named that for a day or so, so if I need to change I should do it quick.

Thanks,
Kirk

long as he's learning NO at the same time, I dont see an issue with it. Keep your kids excited about him, and you'll all be better off in the long run! travis

Thanks Travis, I was hoping you'd see my question. How's it going?

Trust me, "NO" is one thing that he's definitely learning. I'd forgotten how frustrating the first couple weeks can be. And the kids are definitely excited about it. They've been a big help.

Thanks again,
Kirk

Man its going great here. Ducks just showed up, my youngen was covered up last sunday on the juivie hunt... didnt kill but one, but he certainly put the fear of God in several more! hehe. Da Juice is going to get retested for hartworms tommorrow, hopefully he'll be clean so he can particpate this weekend and give my rowdydogg a little break. All I need now is a good wind and a morning off! travis

could say "bad" instead of "no"

i can here the echo's of "good mojo" and "bad mojo" echoing through the marsh - and in each case it would probably be fitting the situation -- lol
