Here's to hoping you are feeling alright.

Back pain can be insidious. A local peer of mine has had back pain for some time. Last week he accidently overdosed on his pain medication. His wife and kids lost him. I am posting this so that everyone can learn from his tragic accident. I would hate to lose someone else. Whatever that back pain medication is, it is powerful stuff. While his pain was unbearable, I dare say his families pain may now be worse.

Mike I hope you feel better shortly. Duck season will be here soon.

p.s. I still need one or your decoys too.

Holy smokes! What was he taking?

The pain was unbearable on the plane yesterday and I was about ready to jump when we hit Edmonton, so I overdid it by one extra pill for the rest of the trip. I hoped it wouldn't be a big deal and other than my legs going numb for a while there was no adverse side affect. I'm really extra sore today, but it is so good to be home with Jane and the kids.

Whatever it was it was serious stuff. But I think you can overdose on anything even Advil or Tylenol.

As far as plane travel, I feel like I went threw the ringer every time I travel. It just wears me out.

Do you have any little divers available?

I've got nothing right now Andy, just scrambling to fill my promised ones. But I'll be working on some divers one of these days and I can do an extra bluebill in case you are interested? I won't promise, because I have so many other things in line and summer is coming fast, but I'll try.

Hey no rush. I just thought if you had one lying around. I would prefer a Bufflehead though. I shot a bunch of those one year when we lived on the Oregon Coast, a bunch for my standards anyway.

Yep, be careful with that crap. Can't remember what they had me on when I hurt my back...but there is a week of my life that is totally gone. Take one, pass out..wake up in time for the next one, pass out..etc,etc..I quit taking them and just gutted it out with tylanol till I was better. Of course I was in my mid twenties with two little kids that would be standing next to the bed staring at me when I regained consciousness. Good luck, will be thinking of ya.
