Maybe a thinner shell throughout for weight savings as you mentioned and no hardware other than adding some "teeth" along the bottom edge for a little traction on shelf ice. But that's basically what I had in mind. About a dozen sleepers and resters is my goal this winter. Thanks, Mike!
