The pups are 7 weeks old now and about ready to go home. At least one forum member has one going home next week as well as one staying here. Still have one male and one female out of the 9 left!

Great looking pups there. I did not know they used something other than black labradors for hunting though? lol just kiddin.........

Will make some fine companions and hunters I bet. Have fun with the babys.

Good looking pups! Do you send 2X4's home with them for training? Just kidding! Moose and I went pheasant hunting with Dad and his chessie, Bear, yesterday. Bear's 12 yrs old, he starts out hard for about the first 15 minutes but then he's content to just heel along. Was a real enjoyable afternoon, Moose covering a bunch of ground out in front of us and Bear just walking along at heel most of the time occasionally venturing out when he got a bit of scent. They're great dogs!

I believe thats my Cooper on the far right in the top pic.....

Its gonna be wild spring around my place, new dog pup.....new human pup......WOW...better hold onto my hat LOL!!!!!

Josh,

Yep, that's Copper! He is going to be a dandy. His dad had a good time hunting that last couple of days. Check out the picture of him in the BBSB.

My Custer is on far left. He is a fireball. One goose wing wasn't enough for him to carry so he carried around two!

Molly's favorite girl is still available. We'll see if she can part with her. . . :)

God! I love Chessies! This is a puicture of my boy, Beartown's Towbagiazo Boone launching off a rock at 12 months old. He's now 18 months and just into his first season.
