This shows the amount of rocker in the hull and keelson's soon to be clad with a silicon bronze half round for added rock protection.
One picture of the Mallard (and by the way my wife has named the boat...the "Aprils Fool" !) in the background you can see my 4-Rivers layout /marsh boat. It is 13 feet 6 inches and is 50 inches wide and 15 inches deep. Only weighs 100 lbs. You could run it with an electric trolling motor or up to a 2 hp. gas motor. I choose to use a kayak paddle, and you best take everything you need "in your pockets as space is at a premium.
Here you can get a better perspective of the 4 rivers, I have a ratcheting seat on order to use in both the Mallard and the four rivers, looks to be a comfortable and useful item.
