My hometown is the Battle Creek, MI, presently I'm a criminal justice student at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI. I got started duck hungting at age 12 at my Dad's side with a youth 870 20 gauge. We hunted opening day on Saginaw bay out of Sebawing, MI. Used up the better part of a box of shells before I connected with my first duck, but I was hooked. I have duck hunted ever since. U.P. Michigan gives me plenty of hunting on Lake Superior and the many inland lakes near Marquette. I also try to hunt Munuscong Bay in the Eastern U.P. a couple times in the fall. This is a great sight full of useful information, and assistance.
