I grew up in Minnesota duck hunting. I have also hunted waterfowl in North Dakota and Manitoba. When I was young, I built a Barnegate Bay Sneak Boat from cedar strip. I put fiberglass cloth on the bottom so ice would not chew up the boat. I used that boat as a marsh boat for many years. Boy do I wish I still had that boat. I am a tradditional, old school duck hunter. I use a model 21 Winchester, cork decoys, etc. for duck hunting. Now I hunt public areas in northern California.
