I have been wildfowling for 30m years. Grew up in Tennessee and hunted the WMA's and large lakes and rivers in Middle Tennessee. I currently hunt Arkansas and Mississippi. I have built a layout boat (Design and plans from Busick) and use it on divers. Haven"t used it in a couple of years.(Lot of work for a middle aged man) Plan to use it some this year. I won the boats and blinds contest several years ago in Wildfowl magazine with a redo on the "Zackcraft" ( see Zack Taylors old book). Have a gret dog named Sophie. Her first year she fetched up over 200 birds. Ordered the plans and plan on building the Black Brant II this summer. I will keep you posted on that. Looking foward to the 2003-2004 duck season!
