The guy on the left is my life long friend and hunting partner, Denny Ernesti. I had a lot of help from virtually all of my hunting buddies on the boat building, but Denny was there just about hour for hour with me. I'm the Irishman on the right.
This is on her maiden voyage/testing run. We opened her up here to see what she'd do
and were very impressed with how just a 20 hp pushed her. Denny is signifying that she floats!
My son, Erin, giving a ride to our good friend, Glenn, who was gracious enough to let us
build her in his heated shop...this let us get her done for summer fun and scouting, not
having to wait for warm weather to build in a garage. Everyone should be blessed with
friends like I have.
