Man, I would love to build this. It seems perfect for SF Bay. I clearly just need to find the full auto shop to work in!

Jump on in! There are advantages, but also disadvantages. If I was doing this in my garage at home I'd probably be further along!
Sides primed and with a base coat. Final aluminum prep then wetlander on the bottom and I'll finally be ready to flip it!
That looks professionally built.
