Gentlemen -

With happy memories and some regret, I'm offering up my 1968 12' Gus Heinrichs Barnegat Bay Sneakbox duck boat. I bought this boat from Dave Mac Eachern in 2015. I'm a fairly big guy and ultimately sized up to a BBII (which was actually owned by Lee Harker who some of you know - see my post 3/19/17). I held onto 'Gus' as we call her (we name all our boats), partly out of nostalgia and partly out of hope one my sons might enjoy duck hunting like I do (not yet, not likely).

I'm offering 'Gus' with a nearly new Yamaha 4-stroke 9.9HP motor (F9.9MHB), purchased in Aug 2016. It must have less than 10 hours on it. My trips were short and not numerous in the BBSB. I paid $2365 for the motor at the time. NADA suggests 'average retail' of $2035.

Both boat and motor have been well cared for - both stored under cover in an enclosed "boat barn" building.

BBSB has been sanded and painted with Lock Stock and Barrell's FME #28 a year or two ago.

You need to bring your own trailer. I'm going to keep the double-decker trailer as I have many uses for it.

I will sell separately and have all receipts and manuals. Asking $1800 for BBSB only, $2000 for Yahama motor only, or $3500 for both.

Everything is in good condition. This is a great boat with a rich history.

I'm located in southern New Hampshire. Thanks guys.
