How to secure this seat

I am trying to figure out the best way to secure this seat. For those familiar with a Lund Ducker, this is the repositionable bench seat. I can pick it up and move it forward or backwards. Kind of a neat feature. One thing that needs improvement is to stop it from tilting when I reach back to start the motor or whatever. When I lean against the seat back, the "bracket" tilts. Not a big problem most of the time but sometimes it is a big problem. I want to stop the tilting and am looking for the best way to do so. I have zero issues drilling into the boat. I have looked at various options and havent found on that meats my needs. These needs are:

1. Easy to put the device in/on.
2. Easy to take it out/off.
3. Looks like it belongs if possible
4. No small parts that I would for sure lose in the field (see note below regarding my recent trailer incident)
5. As the bench tilts forward and backward, can I put one device on the front on one side and one on the back on the other side or should I use 4 things?
6. Nothing sticking ojut too far as I know it would catch on something like the blind or me moving around
7. I only want to secure the bench seat when I have it placed back as far towards the stren as possible. If it could be moveable and secure anywhere, that might be a bonus.

Thanks in advance. Probably overthinking this as usual. First picture is from inside the boat, second it from outside.
