Long line clips- too strong

I’m sure this has been beat to death but I am not good at the search function. I have a bunch of long line clips that are very hard to pinch. Especially with frozen fingers. They are stainless steel, thick wire, and actually made for ocean fishing.

I would like to replace them with lighter duty clips. I used to see good ones at the local decoy show but that vendor stopped coming. Any resources?

I ditched the clips years ago and just tie my decoys to the mother line. Easier, and cheaper. Get Diamond Braid from Decoy Rigs. It's the best.

How many do you need? I have quite a few that I no longer use. Smaller size and wire gauge so easier to work.

I love decoy rigs but got a deal on a bunch of different 3 strand. I “tarred” it w some dark paint, then I just splice 5/16 droppers into the 5/8 main line. Works great but had to tape where I burned the tails of 5/16 . The plastic melted part was a little pokey on bare hands ! Can snap a pic if anyone wants.
