1961 Evinrude Lark iii 40hp

My sons buddy just bought an old cruiser with this motor on it and the prop keeps spinning and sheering the bolts that hold the prop to the hub. I am guessing that this is not going to be a stock item. Does anyone have experience with this motor, or know where to get parts?

Need a manual for that ol dog? I might have one that I could part with. If all you need are shear pins just cut up some brass rod.
