Actually bought a xl paper cutter from a thrift store. I had made j hook anchor molds out of hard wood (buddy has a wood shop so it was easy) was selling the anchors with "free" bungies so needed to cut a bunch real fast , scissors works good as well. Keep spares with your decoys. Heat is hard on rubber so attic storage is no bueno.
