has anyone registered a home built boat in PA?

Not sure, but Darin Clark may have registered his Wigeon he built.

I have. It is actually pretty easy. You need your receipts for the materials, form REV-336 and PFBC-734 which you can get off the Fish and Boat website. Here is a line to their page: http://www.fishandboat.com/forms_boatreg.htm You will have to pay the registration fee and tax on any materials which you purchased and did not pay PA tax on.
