I got home from work today and found a different box sitting it the middle of my shed. I
dont know who told UPS to put it there but it was a suprise. The box had a return address from John.

I was able to assist John a month or so ago in his quest for a Fox Sterlingworth, basically I stopped in at
the Kittery Trading Post and checked it out for him. As I hate going into gun shops (sarcasm) and it is on my
way home I was happy to help. John mentioned he was sending a "little something" my way for my help. Nice.

Inside the box was a GREAT oldsquaw. There was a note inside telling me how it "was just a gunner"
WRONG!!

John, what a great decoy! I love it. The first thing I did was string it up and set it with the rest of my seaducks.

Anyway, what do you get for species down there? This decoy is way too much and I would like to
send you a little "something as well.

I am sorry but I believe that a post like this is in violation of the site rules unless a picture of said decoy is included in the post.
 
Hey Geoff,
Glad you like it. I've only been carving for a couple years so I'm careful
about giving to anyone. I just enjoy hunting over and with stuff I've made.
I'm just glad he'll see salt water.
