looking for a little guidance

Being from Long Island I hunt mostly big water. Lots of passing shots and a decent variety of ducks. What I'm looking for is a 3-4 day hunt in the south for mallards and a chance at woodies(since I have yet to see one on the saltwater marshes here) I would really like it to be on flooded rice field or timber, since I've never experienced that. It would be for 3 hunters for next season. Can anyone recommend a guide or outfitter?? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Kevin, Dave thanks for the ideas. Dave that really sounds great but I've hunted all over NY and the 3 of us are looking to go out of state for the "whole experience" I've been away before but 1 of the other guys has never been on a guided hunt and he wants to go south. I do appreciate it though.
