Looking for information on a Herter style decoy

This past Sunday while the birds weren't cooperating, I went for a walk and found a "new to me" decoy. In fifteen years of hunting, this would be the third one I found. Hopefully one day, I find one of Jodi's (LOL).
At first sight, thought it was a plain Herter, but the body has a plastic form glued to it.
Anybody know more about it?

Ultimate armour or Millenium. If it has photoimage coloration, it's millenium. Painted, it's ultimate armour. Great decoys either way. They float very nicely.
