What are these things called? Wire looms?

My boat has some plastic loops screwed to it to hold the bungee cord for grassing. Any idea what they are called? I need to order some new ones as some of mine have cracked/broken. They might be for holding coax cable to a stud or wall? Thanks

Yep Pad Eyes. You can find them in aluminum as well.

Bungee you can buy in bulk at REI. Do you have me of those near you by chance. Hardware stores also carry bulk bungee, at least some do.
